no hidden charges.
Laser Eye Surgery
A laser consultation is free
of charge, however a deposit of £30 is required.
The cost of treatment includes Astigmatism (if needed) and
Lifetime Aftercare. For LASIK eye
surgery, a deposit of £100 per eye is
required after your consultation to secure your treatment date and
the balance is payable prior to your arranged surgery
date. Laser eye treatment prices start from
£395 per eye, dependant on the type of treatment
recommended during your laser eye consultation. We have flexible

Cataract / Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE)
& Implantable Contact Lenses (ICL)
- Consultation fee - £60 (non-refundable)
- Non-refundable deposit of £500 per eye to
cover lens manufacturing costs
- The remaining balance is required 1 week prior to surgery
- Treatment cost includes Aftercare
for up to one year following surgery
- ICL patients would be required to attend Endothelial
Cell Count test at least once every two years after their
treatment (charged at £25)

Payment Methods
Payment is requested by one of the
following methods on the day of treatment:
Debit card: Delta or Maestro (Switch)
Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard
Personal cheque: made payable to Optimax
Easy Payment Plans: 0% Typical APR*
Please bring: photo ID, recent full bank statement (not internet
printout) and proof of
address. Credit is subject to status.

Eye Surgeries only.
For Cataract / ICL treatments 0% APR
is offered only on 6 and 12 month payment plans, 9.9% APR would
apply to 24 and 36 month plans.
Cancellations
To refund the deposit we require
five working days’ notice to cancel an appointment.
The Implantable Contact Lens deposit
is non-refundable as it covers the manufacturing cost of the lenses
which are made just for you.
