Dr Grzeszkowiak is an experienced refractive and cataract surgeon with 25 years in laser refractive surgery and over 50,000 surgeries performed. He is skilled in multiple surgical techniques and laser platforms.
Holding the Royal College of Ophthalmologists Certificate in Laser Refractive Surgery, he has worked extensively in the UK, Poland, Finland, and Germany. Trained at the Universities of Helsinki and Freiburg, he served as a national consultant in Poland, developing standards in laser refractive surgery and training surgeons in Femtolasik, ReLEx SMILE, LASIK, LASEK, EBK, CXL, and intracorneal ring segment implantation.
His expertise also includes phakic IOL implantation, refractive lens exchange, and cataract surgery with premium lenses. Dr Grzeszkowiak has published in medical journals, presented internationally, and holds fellowships with the International Council of Ophthalmology and the World College of Refractive Surgery. Since 2001, he has organised charity missions to Africa, performing sight-saving surgeries and training local staff.
